In a time of nationwide youth crime, incarceration, and deaths, we seek to fight against and minimize these misfortunes. Through relatable authenticity we use spoken word and shared experiences to capture young minds, and inspire positive change. Jhamori (J.Power) Smith
Jhamori Smith, also known as J.Power...Youth motivational speaker, gang intervention specialist, mentor, author, and digital creator cultivated a strong passionate commitment to assisting at-risk youth build a purposeful mentality, in an attempt to shape them into more positive and productive individuals, on a path to a successful future.

As CEO of Rise&Shine Motivations LLC, Jhamori has lead his brand though countless doors of opportunities to spread his message and impact dozens of young mind. These include South Carolina Dept. of Juvenile Justice; Fulton County Detention Center(G.A); Richland School District 1 & 2; Lexington/Richland School District 5; Newberry School District1.

Weekly curriculum based workshops for a 4 to 6 weeks timeframe. These Exciting workshops encourage young people to participate in group projects that cover subjects such as :

- Playing The Wrong Games.
- Personal Development.
